Ingredients: 1 Head of cauliflower, chopped 4 Cloves garlic, minced 2 Organic eggs 1⁄4 Cup spelt flour 1 Teaspoon almond oil 1 Teaspoon masala 1 Teaspoon cumin


  1. Boil the cauliflower until soft, drain, and place in mixing bowl.

  2. Sauté garlic until tender, and add cumin, masala, and pepper.

  3. Pour the garlic mixture over the cauliflower. Add eggs, flour, and salt to cauliflower and mix.

  4. Heat the almond oil over medium heat in small nonstick pan.

  5. Form the cauliflower mixture into pancakes and place one at a time. Fry for 4 minutes on each side.

  6. If you prefer, you can bake at 325 degrees, for 30 minutes.
