1 Banana 1 or 2 Cups of water or raw seed milk 1 Teaspoon of maca 1⁄2 Teaspoon of mesquite 1 Tablespoon of bee pollen 1 Cup baby spinach leaves A dash sea salt Sweeteners such as coconut nectar or vanilla stevia (optional). Also optional;; cacao powder, green powder, hemp protein powder, cinnamon, cayenne and / or ice.
