SPIRULINA SMOOTHIE


If you are new to spirulina and superfoods in general, I suggest adding them to a smoothie, and drinking every day. Use 1 quart of clean spring water if you can. Add 1 ripe organic banana as a base. Then add 1 teaspoon of spirulina and increase as you get used to the taste. Blend in the following for flavor:

1 Tablespoon organic raw cacao nibs 1 Handful raw organic goji berries (soak in water overnight if you want them to blend more smoothly) 1⁄2 to 1 Tablespoon organic raw maca powder 1⁄2 to 1 Tablespoon lucuma powder 1 Tablespoon of bee pollen, whole granules 1⁄2 to 1 Teaspoon of organic ginger root powder
